Great en suite double in Chelsea

Unfortunately my fabulous flatmate of several years is moving out to be with his girlfriend (classic flat share scenario!). This means a great room is up for rent in Chelsea. I have really enjoyed living here so keen to stay and find someone to take over the spare room.

About me: I am a classic mid 30s guy working in finance. I enjoy trying new restaurants in London and travelling to new and interesting places. At the stage of life where I like home to be somewhere to relax rather than lots of partying and entertaining and would be keen to find someone to live here at a similar stage in life!

If interested please send a message and we can arrange a viewing. I appreciate it is a weird time of year to sort that but hopefully it still works. The flat is not really suited to someone who is going to have a partner over 24/7 (clearly they are not banned!) and the agreement does not allow for any pets.

This is ideally suited for a professional. I tend to work in an office all the time but ideally you would not be a permanent work from home person.

Very keen to find a chilled out person. We do not need to be the best of buds and have our own lives but someone friendly is always welcome. Given I travel often some trust with someone with my stuff also high on the priority list!

The flat is available end of Jan/start of Feb. The cost is based on the current contract (which went up for the first time in years last year) but we would be signing a new contract but hopefully the price will remain the same :).
