A charming room in a great location. Situated on a quiet street in a Victorian building. Looking for a lodger to fill my old room. Excellent transport links within walking distance of Earls Court, Fulham Broadway and West Brompton Tube stations. Lovely green spaces nearby such as Redcliffe Gardens and Brompton Cemetery. There is a 32 inch Smart TV for the room, with a PS4 and some games if desired. Suitable for someone who does not work from home but is 'out and about'. The tenant would be sharing the flat with my brother. Half of the fixed bills for council tax (band D), internet and water is £122.81 a month. Energy costs vary depending on use, but is roughly £55-£62.50 a month each.
