Cosy Double En Suite in a Large Friendly Flat

We're a bunch of friends looking to rent out the spare room in the flat. We all met through Spareroom and have a really great vibe so we are hoping to keep the streak alive.

We are a sociable and tidy house and are looking for someone outgoing and sociable who genuinely wants to be friends with their housemates. We often make dinner together, go on walks, cook for each other etc so deffo lots of flatmate bonding, but also make sure we have time of ourselves / own space :)

We’re both professionals. I work in research and enjoy literally any sport, random coffee shops, and getting outside in general. My flatmate Katherine works in law (boo) and is much more organised and of top of things than me!

The room is a cosy double room with an en suite with plenty a built-in storage for everything you might want to bring. The flat has a large kitchen, a large living room, an office, and all the amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.

The building is lovely in a gated development with 24/7 security, parking, green spaces, a small dog park (with a tennis court and duck pond), a gym, pool, sauna, and steam room.

We're a 10-minute walk from both Fulham Broadway & Imperial Warf, making transport around London pretty easy. There are lots of pubs, restaurants, bars, green spaces and shops all within walking distance.

Bills are not included, and shared between everyone, averaging £200pcm over the last 4 months (which we expect to go down with an extra housemate)
