Chelsea room available w/the loveliest flatmates!

Hey! I sadly have to leave my amazing flat as I got a new job back in the U. S. I moved in about a year ago and really hit the jackpot with this place - the location is gorgeous (in Chelsea, just above the river), and the two flatmates you’d be living with are THE BEST! They are so incredible and welcomed me (as a random American who knew almost nobody here) with open arms into their British friend group. More details on the room below, but I cannot stress how amazing these two ladies are to live with!

The room is sunny and bright, with a double bed, closet, chest of drawers, and rug included. I’m also happy to leave the mirror I bought as it goes quite well with the room. There’s an en-suite toilet and sink (there’s only one shower in the shared bathroom, though). The flat is beautifully decorated with a large living room, a balcony, and a fully stocked kitchen. There’s also a lovely shared garden (we’ve hosted a Fourth of July barbecue + many dinner parties here)!

Bills come out to another couple hundred or so a month in total (happy to tally up the exact amount, but it fluctuates a bit especially in winter). Ideally someone would move in either last week of January or first week of February. Would have to pass a screening from the letting agency (note to any fellow expats interested that the agency, Foxtons, was great in working with me to honor referrals from my American landlords).

Women preferred please - the two flatmates just turned 28/29 so the perfect person to move in would be around their age. They are very clean and great to live with, love to try new pubs, have a game of tennis, or go to a Pilates class (I have the best studio rec and it’s only a 2 minute walk from the flat!)
