My long-term flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend (classic London story!), so a fantastic en suite double is up for grabs. I’ve loved living here for years—quiet, relaxed vibe in a brilliant location close to King’s Road restaurants, shops, and transport.
About the flat & room:
• Spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom
• Bright, well-maintained flat
• Great common areas for chilling or occasional catch-ups
• Available end of January/start of February 2026
• Rent based on current contract (price stayed the same after last renewal—happy to discuss/discuss exact figure in messages!)
• Bills not included but not excessive
• No pets allowed
• Not ideal for someone with a partner staying 24/7 (visits welcome, of course!)
• Tenancy via agency, usual referencing process
About me: I’m a mid-30s finance professional, office-based (no full-time WFH). I enjoy trying new restaurants, weekend brunches, travelling to interesting places, sports/football, and the odd pub. I’m at a stage where home is for relaxing and recharging rather than constant partying—looking for someone similar: chilled, independent, friendly but with our own lives. Trustworthy (I travel often, so reliability with the flat is key).
Ideal flatmate: Professional in a similar life stage (mid-20s to 40s), office-based, chilled out. No need to be best mates, but friendly vibes always welcome. Interests in travel, food, sports, or just good chats are a bonus.
