Available En-Suite in Chelsea

I’m looking for someone to take over my current flatmate’s room from the end of January / beginning of February. The apartment is on a very cozy street, 5 minutes from King’s Road, and close to several lovely pubs and restaurants. It’s about an 8-minute walk to Earl’s Court and 12–15 minutes to South Kensington.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. I’m 28 years old and work at a research and consulting company. In my free time, I enjoy being social, working out (reformer Pilates, Barry’s, or running in Battersea Park), and also going to the pub. I’m looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. The room is en-suite, so you’ll have your own bathroom.

The rent is £1,300 per month plus bills.
The move-in date is flexible between January 22 and February 2.
The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and bedside table. The bathroom includes a shower.
