Flatemate Wanted!

I’m looking for someone to join me in a 2-bed flat in Chelsea. My flatmate (& bestie) has left for her travels so her room is up for grabs!

For comfort, I’m looking for a female flatmate (mid-to-late twenties/early thirties) and ideally someone who only works from home twice a week if hybrid.

The flat is GORG !! It’s bright, clean & modern; we’ve made it super homey. I’m honestly obsessed with it! The locations a real steal with a tonne of shops & restaurants on our doorstep. There’s a few bus stops directly outside and various tube stations around within a 15/20 minute walk.

The room is furnished with a double bed, lots of storage & an en-suite.

You’d be living with me, someone who enjoys working out, musicals, wholesome weekend activities and just spending time with her friends & family. I’m looking for someone who wants to be friends, not just flatmates; maybe up for the occasional drink at the pub and watching TV together. That being said, I love my own space & doing my own thing so I’d like someone respectful of that. It’s really important to me (& the landlords) that you’re clean, tidy & will take good care of the flat.
