The rest of the flat, it is cleaned daily, whether i have a lodger or not.

The room has a clean, floor to ceiling wardrobe, 3×cupboards, clean carpet, table/desk, double brick walls and double glazed windows. Purpose built flat. Away from traffic noises/ no noisy neighbours, not suitable for noisy people.
