Double Room Available in Beautiful Flat in Chelsea

I’ve been living in this flat for the past 3 years, and honestly, it’s one of the best finds I’ve had in London. The location is hard to beat — 5 minutes from Sloane Square, just off King’s Road (right behind the Saatchi Gallery), with a porter in the building as well.

My current flatmate is moving out for personal reasons, so her room will be available from 29th July onwards.

The room itself is quite cluttered in the current photos/videos (apologies!), but it has loads of potential and gets great natural light throughout the day. The whole flat is very airy and bright, which makes a huge difference in London.

The flat:

2 bed / 1 bath
£1,425 per person, per month
Gas, heating, and hot water included in rent

A bit about me:
I’m a 27-year-old Lebanese guy and have been living in London for the last 5 years. I work in tech sales and usually go into the office 2–3 times a week. I also spend a fair amount of time at my partner’s place, so you’ll likely get the flat to yourself a couple nights a week too.

I typically work from home on Mondays and Fridays, from the living room. I’m very clean, respectful of personal space, and easygoing — And while I am very outgoing, I appreciate a calm, comfortable home environment to recharge my battery.

What I’m looking for:
Someone who’s similarly respectful, tidy, communicative, and drama-free. Bonus points if you work from the office at least a few times a week too.

No intense house rules — just basic common sense and consideration for each othe ie.

Don’t cook something nuclear at 11pm
Don’t turn the flat into a nightclub every weekend
Don’t leave your socks in the kitchen

The goal is to keep the flat relaxed, clean, and enjoyable for both of us.
