Large bedroom available to a single professional lodger on the top floor of a large family home, shared use of kitchen, dining shared with two others and a bathroom shared with one other, both on the same top floor. There are washing machines with drying racks in the basement and use of the rear garden.

Other house occupants include one other lodger on the same floor and our small family living below, which includes one dog. This is a quiet, comfortable family home with all mod cons and is suitable for a quiet, clean professional who normally works out at an office location, but may occasionally work from home, just to note that central heating is not provided during working days in winter. Bills are included, however, should energy consumption become excessive, this is subject to review.

This home is within 10 minutes walk of Fulham Broadway, Imperial Wharf and West Brompton and 3 minutes walk to the C&W Hospital.
