Double Room in Chelsea | Bills Included.

We're looking for a friendly, easygoing housemate to join our home in Chelsea from 4 August 2026.
The room is a spacious double, and all bills are included but the cleaning.

You'll be living with:
A 31-year-old professional who runs his own business.
A 24-year-old Muay Thai instructor who also works in the photography industry.
A friendly 7-year-old Golden Retriever who loves people and brings plenty of character to the house.

We're both relaxed, respectful, and keep the house clean and comfortable. We enjoy our own space and busy lives, but we're always up for a chat or a beer now and then. We're looking for someone with a similar mindset—someone who's considerate, sociable, and looking for a home rather than just a place to sleep.

Ideally, you'd be a working professional who's tidy, respectful, and happy to be part of a friendly household.
