Description
I’m looking for a friendly, clean and easy-going professional to share a bright and spacious flat in Chelsea, SW10.
The flat is around 900 sq ft, on the third floor of a classic Chelsea red-brick building, with a lift and secure fob entry. It’s got loads of natural light, high ceilings and plenty of character, with a large shared living room and fully fitted kitchen.
- The room
The available room is a bright 151 sq ft double bedroom with a large window, fitted wardrobes, and plenty of space. You’ll also have your own private shower room, located directly outside the bedroom.
There’s a large living room, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, intercom, and plenty of storage.
- Location
The flat is in Chelsea, with Fulham Road and King’s Road close by and plenty of restaurants, pubs, cafés, gyms, and shops within walking distance. Earl’s Court station is around a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop about 30 seconds from the front door, so getting around London is super easy.
- Who I’m looking for
Ideally, I’m looking for another working professional who treats the flat as a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
Someone friendly and sociable who’s happy to have a chat, grab a drink or watch something together occasionally, but equally enjoys doing their own thing and respects each other’s space.
I keep the flat clean and would be looking for someone similar. It’s definitely not a party flat, so being considerate about noise and keeping the shared spaces tidy is important. Ideally you’d also work from the office most of the week rather than being permanently WFH.
I’m into things like climbing, motorbikes, photography/film, music, gaming, and generally getting out and traveling on my motorbike, so someone with a few overlapping interests would be a bonus, but definitely not a requirement.
- The practical bits
Rent excludes bills. These will be ~£200 per person per month, covering the usual household costs. The property is Council Tax Band F.
If it sounds like the kind of place you’d enjoy living, send me a message with a little bit about yourself, what you do for work, and what you’re looking for in a flatshare!
Cheers, H.
