One of the nicest features is access to the large private residents’ garden in Elm Park Gardens, just across the road. Residents have their own key and can use the garden whenever they like.

You would be sharing with one male professional in his 30s, who works from the office and therefore doesn’t spend a huge amount of time in the flat. He is clean, respectful and takes good care of the common areas.

The atmosphere of the flat is relaxed and independent. It’s a friendly and respectful place to live, but equally somewhere where you can have your own space and get on with your own life rather than feeling obliged to socialise all the time.
