I am transferring my tenancy agreement in Lightfoot Hall in Chelsea to the female student. The stay is for 1 year from September 12, 2026 till September 3, 2027. Great location. Close to South Kensington station and Imperial college. Female shared room with an ensuite bathroom. Microwave and cutleries provided, there is a small fridge. 24/7 reception and security cameras. Shared kitchen with ovens and big fridges. Common rooms and laundry rooms. The stay is for 1 year from September 12, 2026 till September 3, 2027. As I paid first installment on the lease agreement in advance, I will transfer my tenancy agreement for 1157 GBP( the first installment paid).
