Female full-time student required for an official tenancy takeover at Lightfoot Hall, Manresa Road, Chelsea, London, SW3 6NA.

Please note that this is one bedspace in a twin ensuite room, not a private bedroom. The bedroom is shared with one other female student. Each occupant has a separate single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and storage space. The ensuite bathroom is shared only between the two occupants.

The accommodation is approximately a 20-minute walk from Imperial College London’s South Kensington Campus and around seven minutes from Imperial’s Royal Brompton Campus. It is also conveniently located for the Royal College of Art, Royal College of Music and other central London universities.

Rent is £228 per week per person, equivalent to approximately £988 per calendar month. All utility bills and Wi-Fi are included.

The original 51-week contract runs from 12 September 2026 until 4 September 2027. The room is available for takeover immediately, subject to approval by the accommodation provider.
