Location is very central and safe! Very convenient too: It is only a few Minutes walk next to shops, Chelsea &Westminster Hospital, restaurants, supermarkets, tube stations ( 10 min from Earl's court station/15-20 minutes walk from Gloucester Rd/Sth ken stn).

Ideal for single professional (no couples). Easy going, friendly, respectful, tidy, clean, quiet, low impact tenant would be more than welcome!! No smoking allowed, no pets. Guest are allowed but only if very occasional. No sleeping over though sorry, unless it is agreed with me.
