A very nice room to rent in our 3 bedroom flatshare in Chelsea / West Brompton.
The room benefits from large windows and you also have direct access to the balcony.
It has a brand new queen size mattress, and lots of storage. You will be sharing the bathroom (bath with shower, sink, toilets) with only one other person! The bed and the wardrobe are the original furniture. The library, desk and drawer are to the tenant. They will be replaced with the original furniture- big case and small bed table.
The flat is shared with me who got my own bathroom, + 1 other tenant (girl), nice and smiling people from the design and cinema industries. It has a living room and a separate kitchen. 2 long balconies on each side of the flat. Flat has all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, drier/washing machine, freezer, 2 fridges, ultrafast internet...The apartment has 2 alternative evacuation routes and meets the highest standards for health and safety.
The area is super nice - close to Earls Court, a few supermarkets (24hours), and a few minutes away from Kings Road and everything Chelsea and Fulham have to offer. Very nice neighbourhood!
