We have a large, furnished double room in the heart of Chelsea, available for a minimum of 6 months from April 1st for £675 per month.

It is one of three bedrooms in a spacious, modern flat with a separate living room and kitchen/dining room, as well as an outdoor terrace. There is a bathroom and a separate WC.

You would be sharing with two friendly professionals in their late twenties/early thirties (an Australian girl and NZ guy). I have been in the flat for almost 8 years and am really sad to leave (only doing so because I am buying my own place).

The flat is located 5 minutes' walk from Sloane Square tube station and 7 minutes' walk from South Kensington station. It is serviced by the Circle, District and Piccadilly lines, as well as a number of night buses.

There is a Sainsbury's supermarket around the corner, as well as a Marks & Spencer, Waitrose and all of the shops, restaurants and bars of King's Road and Fulham Road on your doorstep.

There are two gyms within 5 minutes' walk and you can be in Hyde Park or Battersea Park in 15 minutes.
