A large double room will be available 1 May 2021 in a 3-bedroom duplex apartment in Chelsea. We’re looking for a third person to join our relaxed flatshare in a long-term let.
The room gets the morning sun, has excellent storage with a wall of 3 build-in wardrobes and a European double bed. There's a large sash window overlooking the rooftops of Chelsea which is double glazed as the room faces a main road.
The apartment is a Victorian conversion, on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a walk-up. It's light and bright, with a lounge and separate kitchen with a gas hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The tiled bathroom has a power shower over the bath. We have central heating, broadband and a lovely cleaner (when restrictions lift) who visits fortnightly.
You’ll be sharing with two professional females who work in marketing and accounting. We work long hours, and whilst we do hang out occasionally, we also like our privacy.
We’re looking for independent, friendly and considerate professional (ideally mid 20’s to late 30’s) to share our home.
You'll have 24-hour buses and a 24-hour Tesco mere steps from the apartment, various supermarkets, delis, bars, restaurants and cinemas on both Fulham Road and Kings Road moments away. The river and Battersea park are also a short walk away.
We are a 10 min power-stroll to Earl’s Court, West Brompton or Fulham Broadway tube and 15-minutes to South Kensington.
