Beautiful room available in a 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Chelsea. Great connections and peaceful at night.

Available 2nd February 2025 with a minimum of 1 year stay

-1 good sized bathroom to share
- 1 kitchen to share, gas cooker, electric oven, washing machine and good sized fridge
- Communal garden is really nice and always empty so lots of space
- 15 min walk to South Kensington, Earls Court, Gloucester road tube stations. 20 minutes to Sloane square. We also have really good bus connections
- 15 Minute walk to Battersea Park
- M&S and Sainsbury's are round the corner or Waitrose is 10 minute walk
- Bills per calendar month ca. £150 per person
- Gyms: Fitness First, F45 and Triyoga are just around the corner and Pure Gym is 15 mins walk

You would be sharing with one person who work 9-6 and tend to be quiet during the week, and out and about in the weekend. Looking for a tidy, clean, respectful professional. Communication is key :)
