There is one room available; it is for single occupancy only. the houseboat is located on a houseboat at the end of Cheyne Walk, a few minutes from the Kings Road. The houseboat is stylish and unique, with hardwood floors and cast iron radiators There is a generous living room and a large roof terrace with spectacular views up and down the river. The bedroom is bright and airy, with a wrought iron double bed, a wardrobe and drawers.
Council Tax is Band C. A housekeeper visits weekly.
It is located between Imperial Wharf, Earl’s Court, South Kensington or Sloane Square stations and is well served by several bus routes.
Two other professionals are living on the houseboat. Bills are approximately £150 per month. References will be required.

The boat has central heating, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, phone and excellent WiFi. There is also a storage room for boxes and suitcases.
