There are three rooms available; each is for single occupancy only. the houseboat is located on a houseboat at the end of Cheyne Walk, a few minutes from the Kings Road. The houseboat is stylish and unique, with hardwood floors and cast iron radiators There is a generous living room and a large roof terrace with spectacular views up and down the river. Bedroom 1 is bright and airy, with a wrought iron double bed, a wardrobe and drawers. Bedroom 1 is slightly smaller so rent is only £1,100 pcm. Bedroom 2 has hardwood floor and a freestanding wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is carpet and is spacious.
Council Tax is Band C. A housekeeper visits weekly. It is located between Imperial Wharf, Earl’s Court, South Kensington or Sloane Square stations and is well served by several bus routes. Two other busy professionals will live on the houseboat. References will be required.

The boat has central heating, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, phone and excellent WiFi. There is also a storage room for boxes and suitcases.
