This is a lovely house with a garden, situated in a tree-lined street close to Golders Green tube station and 5 min walk from major bus stops to West End. The house is warm, secure and has a quite black cat, who resides on the ground floor.

Llanvanor Road is a quiet side road, located in the outskirts of Golders Green, close to Hampstead. Nearby is a good selections of shops, bars and restaurants, parks and gyms.

Street parking space available from Barnet Council at yearly cost of approximately £120.

The Double bedroom is great size with a huge amount of wardrobe storage including a little seating area.

Bathroom and separate toilet are shared. You will have access access to a tiny kitchenette area on your floor, so this is ideally for someone who is not into great deal of cooking.

Although main kitchen is not for tenants use, Washing machine is available. Wireless broadband is available too.

The house has pine floors throughout and carpet on the stairs.

I like to live with people who are peaceful, sporty, considerate, outgoing, chilled out, have enough humility and respect to tidy after them selves and prefer to avoid regular house parties.
