Situated on the ground floor of well-maintained mock Tudor building, this spacious 3 bedroom flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen, high ceilings create airy living room and dining room and a good-sized bathroom and plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. It is a very clean and organised apartment (cleaning duties are shared on a weekly rota). It is not a party house, although friends are welcome. No couples but i am happy with partners spending one or two nights over.
The room comes with a double bed ( as so many people prefer to have their own mattress, there is only bed frame ), wardrobe and chest of drawers, so plenty of storage space. The bills are not included in the rent and they are between £80 - £100 per room per month ( gas, electricity, internet, council tax ).
It is well situated between Golders Green ( 10 min by bus ) and West Hampstead ( 15 min by bus ) with plenty of amenities ( Co-op, Sainsbury's, takeaway, off licence) around and beautiful parks. Very quiet and respectful neighbours and lovely neighbourhood for long walks.
I am looking for 1 like-minded professional to share this great 3 bedroom flat and to make it our own cosy home. I am relaxed, respect others life and privacy and I enjoy a glass of wine and a catch up from time to time.
I am a 35-year-old working as a Corporate Receptionist in an office building Bank area, typical Monday to Friday job. I am laid back, I enjoy long walks and travelling, watching Netflix and meeting up friends. The other flatmate, Julia is a nice 24 years old who currently is working from home in IT. Very laid back and pleasant. We occasionally have a glass of wine and catch up on things.
The room is available on 1st of March and it is a one year tenancy agreement with the possibility to extend it.
