1 bedroom in 3 bedroom flat (flatshare)

Looking for someone to take over my room for minimum 6 months. Move in date is 27 August until Feb 27 2026. Looking for women flatmates preferably (flat is shared with two other girls). Ideally, the flatmate would be working at least part-time; students are not preferred.

Bills are 80-150 (approx)

3-bedroom flat, one bathroom, kitchen, living room and a little balcony. Flat is in a residential area close to West Hampstead (15 min walk). Hampstead village is a 25 min walk, so is the heath (:

Closest tube West Hampstead / Finchley Road (jubilee, metropolitan lines and overground) + Finchely Road and Frognal overground.

Looking for someone to move in by the end of August.
