Charming single bedroom in 3 bedroom flat

Hi all! Our longtime flatmate is sadly moving so we are looking for a friendly individual who would like to join us in our charming 3 bedroom flat. The house is located in Golders green/ cricklewood lane, in a quiet road just 15 minutes walking distance from Golders Green tube stop (zone 3) and 10 minutes walking from Cricklewood train Station. It is 15 minutes away from the high street where you can find several grocery stores and cafes, including Sainsbury's, Coop, Gail's, Costa and many more. It is also 15 minutes walking from Hampstead Heath. The room is a reasonably sized single bedroom very bright and cozy. The bed, desk and the chest of drawers are provided. The bathroom is shared with the other two flatmates but the toilet is separate. The house is completed with a sizeable living room, and a large kitchen with gas stove, quite new washing machine and dishwasher. There is also access to a charming back garden shared with the neighbours. You will be sharing the flat with Ari, Jose and our lovely 2 year old cat Benji. We are both professionals in our thirties, working full time. Benji is an indoor cat who enjoys company, cuddles and long naps. We are looking for someone clean and tidy, who enjoys socializing as well as respecting the others space. It is essential that you like cats and you enjoy their company. The house will be available from the 28th of September. Bills are not included. Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
