Double room in cosy 2 bed flat near Finchley Road

Seeking:
A housemate to share my 2 bedroom flat! Looking for someone who is up for becoming friends ❤️
I’m very relaxed about sharing pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. but there is plenty of cupboard space so we can separate if needed.

The tenancy agreement will be flexible and will need 2 months notice prior to moving out.

I have no preference for gender identity but would like at least 2 references (personal and landlord). I’d also prefer to meet you a couple of times prior to accepting a tenant.

The flat:
A 2 bed, newly decorated and fully furnished flat, near West Hampstead, Golders Green & Cricklewood.
Regular buses and tubs run from the local stops.
The kitchen has a Gas cooker, fridge & freezer, oven & microwave, a kettle and a toaster.
There is not much counter space so no room for additional appliances.
The bath & shower has great water pressure and has a great temperature range!
There is bathroom storage available both by the sink and in the shower.
The toilet is separate.

The Room:
Comes with a double bed & pillows, a desk, table lamp, a built in wardrobe, and bedside light & table.
The bedroom door is lockable.
The mattress is relatively new and very comfy.
There is some space for under-bed storage as well.
The rooms all have large windows so the flat is well lit.

Me:
I am 24 and a full time professional working in the events industry, 2 wfh days a week.
I enjoy LARPING, ttrpgs, boardgames, embroidery, the occasional night out, am a plant mum, and a massive foody.

Dealbreakers:
No smokers or vapers
Preferably max 2 days working from home per week.
