I have a lovely, bright double room available in a 2-bed flat in Childs Hill. 15 minute walk to Golders Green and equidistant between Hampstead, Cricklewood, and West Hampstead - each a 5/10-minute bus or 20-25 minute walk.

Golders Green - Northern Line
West Hampstead - Overground, Jubilee, Thamesliink
Cricklewood - Thamesliink

We have our own living room/kitchen area, one bathroom and a second toilet, a private garden, a clean outhouse for storage and street parking available.

Landlady is very reasonable and lovely, too.

Rent - £830
Deposit - £830
Bills - Ranges Between £150 in summer to £225 in colder months.
We also have a cleaner that comes twice a month

I'm Paul, I work at an International College, light-hearted/easy going, likes all sorts of sports and films, swims and walks regularly, drinks a lot of tea and enjoys a nice pub/evening out

Am always out and about, with work or weekends away. It would be great to connect with someone in a similar boat. Am tidy, respectful, keep busy but it'd be nice to catch up from time to time too.

- One other likeminded professional to share with. Current housemate has bought a property so looking to share with someone equally considerate and needs a well-located base for work. No preferences otherwise! We can also arrange an early January move-in if late December is tricky.
