Hello! We have a room going in our beautiful flat in Childs Hill (near Golders Green and Hampstead).

£473 per month.

Available 1st of January - we are hosting viewings between Monday 8 and Friday 19 December.

Looking for someone 30+, clean, friendly and respectful.

Living with 3 other 30-39 year olds. We are all friendly professionals in a range of areas from hospitality to live music and acting. All generally very clean and considerate. We all get on well and respect each others schedules and lives.

House has:

🚿 A bathroom with a spacious shower
🚽 An extra separate toilet downstairs
🌞 A sizeable patioed space with table and chairs that we make use of in the summer
👩🏾‍🍳 A cozy recently renovated kitchen
🛋️ A very comfortable and spacious living room with big sofa, dining table, and tv

Bills change depending on the season but average around ~£80 a month, plus £13 a month for WiFi.

🚨 New housemate must be able to pay rent from 1st of January at the latest.

Room comes half furnished with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers, some shelves, and a wardrobe - the rest is yours to make it your space ✨
