Hello ! We have a room going in our beautiful flat in Childs Hill ( 5 mins by bus to Golders Green and 10/15 mins by bus to West Hampstead).

Available from 2nd of January.

Looking for someone 23+ , clean, friendly and respectful.

Living with 3 other 27-39 years old. We are all friendly professionals in a range of areas from hospitality to live music and acting. All generally vey clean and considerate. We all get on well and respect each others schedules and lives.

Flat has :

A bathroom with a spacious shower
An extra separate toilet downstairs
A sizable patio space with table and chairs that we make use of in the summer.
A cozy recently renovated kitchen
A very comfortable and spacious living room with big sofa, dining table and TV.

Bills charge depending on the season but average around ~GBP80 a month, plus GBP13 a month for WiFi.

Room comes half furnished with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers, some shelves and a wardrobe- the rest is yours to make it your space
