Description
Hi!
I’m Hollie, a 27 year old professional working in post-production.
I have a large double room available from 20th May in the flat I currently share with 1 other as she will be moving on into her own property.
It’s a lovely flat just a 3 minute walk from Hamstead Heath full of light and boasting of a balcony facing the sunsets! It’s also a quick walk or bus ride to the Northern Line (Golders Green), Jubilee Line (West Hampstead), Mildmay Overground, and Thameslink
About the Flat:
• Large double room
• The bedroom is unfurnished (comes with a wardrobe as shown)
• Furnished and spacious living room and kitchen
• Separate toilet and bathroom with built in storage in the bathroom
• 4th/Top floor (no lift)
• Fully Equipped kitchen
• Separate Kitchen and Living Room
Rent: £1,100
Bills on top of that are:
Gas and Electric: £45
Water: £27.50
Council Tax: £93 (paid over 10 months)
Internet: £15
All could be subject to change depending on the economic climate.
All bills are paid on the 1st of the Month and rent is paid 20th of the month.
About me:
I have been living in London for 4 years; I moved here for my career and have never looked back. My weekends are spent socializing as well as going for runs/walks around the heath and making sure the flat is re-set for the week ahead. I would say that I enjoy a balance of being social and spending time on my own and therefore respect when those around me wish to do the same. Due to my job, I can work long hours and often get home later in the evenings during the week therefore when the weekend arrives I like to remain lowkey. I am looking to live with someone who shares my values in cleanliness and would like to become friendly, spending the odd evening watching films/TV (I’m a big Schitts Creek/New Girl fan) and possibly cooking.
My expectations and values for the flat are that the cleaning is shared, bins, dusting, hoovering, and cleaning the bathrooms are a shared responsibility. Additionally, I ask that bills are set up as a standing order for the date that they’re due.
I really want the person I live with to enjoy the flat and make it home as much as I have in the two years that I have already lived there. Please, if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask. I can be open to viewings most evenings and I am happy to chat whenever
