Double en-suite room in Childs Hill

We are two female young professionals seeking a female young professional who is permanently based in London to join us in a flat share (no couples please).

The flat is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom flat situated halfway between Golders Green and West Hampstead, with transport connections via Overground, Underground, Thameslink and several bus lines. Flat is close to Hampstead Heath and the West Hampstead high street.

The room contains an en-suite bathroom and a balcony, with a built in wardrobe and storage space. The room comes unfurnished but the departing flatmate is open to discussion about leaving furniture (bed, mattress, small sofa, small desk). Room is situated on the top floor, with stairs leading to a shared hallway.

The kitchen and living room are a shared space and contain an in-unit dishwasher and washing machine (but no dryer).

We are two friends who having been living together for 4 years and have a great relationship with our landlord, so we would love to maintain a friendly home environment. We have some rules around cleaning and quiet hours as this flat is both our home and place of work, but otherwise we’re very chill.

We require a reference from your previous landlord.

Price advertised includes bills and will vary as a result. Details to be discussed with final candidates.

We would like to do viewings over the next week and a half, with weekday availability from 6pm - 8pm and weekends from 12pm by appointment. Departing flatmate would like 24 hours advance notice.
