On the first floor is the available bedroom, and 2 other bedrooms, along with a fantastic shower room. The second floor has the 2 remaining bedrooms and a lovely bright bathroom. In addition there is an annexe in the back garden with loads of extra storage space and a great work-from-home desk set-up.
The house has is a lovely patio space and nice garden to the rear of the property, and off-street parking available to the front of the house.
There are a number of nice parks in the local area, and Hampstead Heath is a short walk away. There's also a Co-Op supermarket just around the corner, and a large Sainsbury's near Golder's Green Station.
The current tenants consist of 4 working professionals: 3 male and 1 female. We're a sociable house, with the occasional pub trip, but also respect each other's space when needed.
