We have a double & single rooms available in a beautiful 5 bedroom garden flat. The flat is of an exceptionally high standard with wooden and tiled floors throughout and we keep the property really clean. There are two bathrooms, a separate toilet, warm and well designed great kitchen and a large garden, which is maintained by a gardener at no cost to tenants.

The atmosphere in the flat is both friendly and sociable but everyone respects each others space. We are all currently professional individuals who are considerate and thoughtful of each other and we are seeking similar professional sharers to join the household.

Golders Green tube (northern line) and Hampstead Heath are an 8 minute walk and buses a 4 minute walk.

Bills are approx. £10 per week and deposit is 6 weeks. Long term lease preferred.
