Single, clean and tidy room to Let!!

The room has a single bed with a wooden chest of drawers that can store a good amount of clothes. It has a mirror and a good amount of room that can store a lot of clothes. The bathroom will be shared and kept very clean at all times.

I am a teacher so my working hours are quite demanding so I will be up early and back from 5pm. My house is very clean and I do a deep clean at least twice a week.

No dirty dishes to be left in the sink and I often clean up after myself especially when cooking. I don't often bring people over to my house as I often meet up with my friends outside and enjoy going out, especially on the weekends.

No guests allowed.

If you are very active there is a GYM 5 mins walking distance which is amazing.

The shops are local and Highams Park is 20 mins max walking distance.

Chingford is a lovely and quiet area and the road that I live on is very residential with lots of families. The people are very friendly and a lot of the people often leave to go to work in the early hours of the morning,

There is no smoking in the house.

There is free parking on the road

Communal garden with chairs and a BBQ which you are free to use.
