I'm looking for a female professional or student who is sociable, clean, tidy and respectful.

My house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has been fully refurbished.

The house offers:
Spacious dining room/lounge overlooking the patio of a South facing garden so it's usually sunny.
Fitted kitchen with cooker, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.


On street parking with occasional use of my driveway when I'm away.


The house is smoke and pet free and has CCTV for added peace of mind.

The Double en-suite room is south facing so plenty of light.
Furnishings include: Double bed, Triple wardrobe, Chest of drawers, Bedside cabinet, Fridge freezer.
Desk and chair can be supplied.

Shower room offers: Shower, Toilet, Hand basin with vanity unit.


All bills included.

This is a Female household suitable for a Professional or Student. Preferably age 30+, Non-smoker.
Someone independant, clean and considerate towards others.
House has no alcohol or pork consumed in it.
Guests welcome to visit though no overnight stay unless agreed.


We have a friendly, caring home environment and sometimes socialise together over a meal, coffee etc. We also respect each others privacy and space.

Public Transport
4 Bus routes to Victoria line for Walthamstow Central or Blackhorse Road station. Walthamstow to Liverpool Street takes 18 mins.
From my home Oxford Circus takes 40 mins and Stratford takes 35 mins.

A short drive from the North Circular (A406), M11 & M25 motorways.

Location is off Chingford Mount Road, London, E4 9.

House is a short walk to local shops, takeaways, the High Street and 6 supermarkets including Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Aldi. 5 local gyms including Bannatyne, Better Gym and Nuffield all within walking distance.

Chingford has some lovely parks, woods and Higham's Park lake in close proximity as well as Epping Forest.
