We are a young family of 4 looking for a quiet lodger to be living in the studio flat at the side annex of our home. It is a nice and quiet residential area with free off street parking!

E4 7qb is 10 minutes bus ride to chingdford rail station zone 5, from there, take overground to liverpool street in 30 minutes. Alternatively we are 2 mins walk to bus 215 that takes you to walthamstow central tube station which is in zone 3 and cheaper fare.

The flat is also a 5 minutes walk to the Epping forest, perfect if you like running, hiking and forest bathing.

Your personal space has own entrance lead to a hall way, door to your studio room and a door to own shower room.

The studio has a kitchenette, sink, undercounter mini fridge, washing machine, single high sleeper bunkbed with build-in cloth rail, storage shelfs, desk and folding chair.

1 single electric hob, kettle and some essentials are included, you can also get mini oven/air fryer/microwave...etc for cooking.

The window has a lovely partial view over the reservoir.

The shower room has a shower cubical, toilet ,sink and wall mirror. Hot water and heating available 7am to 10pm daily tho the flat is well insulated so it does not get too cold without heating.
