We are a family of 5 who are going away from February 2026. Whilst we are away we would like to rent our house out to one family or a group of friends. We are not renting each room individually.

The house – The house has four good sized double bedrooms and a single bedroom, with lots of communal space. This includes a separate living room, a through living room- dining room and fully fitted kitchen. There is an upstairs bathrooms with a bathtub and separate shower and a downstairs WC. There is a large driveway for 3 cars and a large garden.

The location – There are great transport links with you connected to Chingford Station (overground) via the 379 bus that goes close to the house. The 215 bus stop connects you to Walthamstow Central (Victoria line) stopping directly outside the house. The house has a large driveway for 3 cars comfortably for those who prefer to drive.
