Room 1 : 950(including bills for 2 persons)

Double room 1 comes with a king size bed and mattress, large 4 door wardrobe and 5 Chester drawer.

Room 2 : 650 (including bills for a single person) and 850(including bills for 2 persons)

Double room 2 comes with a double size trundle bed and mattress, large 2 door wardrobe and 4 Chester drawer.

The house have a large spacious kitchen, a cozy living room and a conservatory.

One of the 2 toilets is attached with a shower cubicle in ground floor and the second toilet is in first floor.

The available rooms are
in firstfloor. There are 1 other room in firstfloor occupied by a male.

The ground floor room is occupied by a family with a baby princess aged 2.5 yrs.

We presently have all white goods available for use.

Nearest bus stop is chingdale Road ( 2 minutes walk)
Nearest station is highhams park (20 minutes walk or 1 mile)
Chingford hatch is just 4 minutes walk that have local shops and co-op.

Presently all the household members are Keralites.
