Spacious Double Room

Spacious double room with plenty of storage for one person in a quiet neighbourhood with all bills included. It’s an only girls flat and we would like to keep it that way.

The flat is currently being refurbished. A new kitchen is being fitted, it will have new floors and all the rooms will have brand new carpets! :)

In terms of transports, we are well located. It is a 2 min walk to the closest bus stop and 5 min walk to Chiswick Train station.
Chiswick High Street is about 20 mins walk.

You will be sharing with another 3 girls (we will be 4 girls in total) in their mid to late 30’s. Professionals, working full time.

We are looking for someone also in their 30’s or 40’s who is responsible, tidy and currently working. As a heads up, parties are not allowed. Apart from the ocasional friend you might want to invite over.

Available from the 8th of October, long term. It is important for us that whoever moves in can commit until the 31st August 2023.
