(The area is so nice its ridiculous) Sharing with a friendly lot of Australian / NZ’s who love a good beer after work (In our own yard!) and cooking dinner together. All pretty chill. (Bond is £840 for the room but if there is two of you it would only be £420 each)

The room is huge, next to bathroom, pictures don’t do much justice Bc boys are messy

The room is £828 PCM including bills. You are welcome to move in alone until you find someone to occupy the other bed but the rent would still be the price of both beds (you and your roomate would just divide rent and bond by 2 each month)
