Situated in Chiswick on a quiet residential street very close to the High Road and 5-10 minutes easy walk to Chiswick Park (business park), this double room is in a first floor two-bed flat in a Victorian house. Also convenient for Heathrow departures.

The flat has good storage, a large living/dining room with balcony overlooking lovely gardens, an eat-in kitchen including a washing machine and shared bathroom.

Your room will have a double bed, with built-in under bed storage, as well as a cupboard, free-standing wardrobe, small desk, chair & bedside table.

NOT for remote/work from home.

Rent - £450/Month Mon - Wed only (up to 3 days - days can be flexible). 4 days at a higher rate possible. Most bills included. Short let 2-4 months possible.

Great transportation links nearby with both Chiswick Park and Gunnersbury tube stations (District Line and London Overground) within 5 minutes walk and buses on the High Road just a few minutes away. Those tube stations are zone 3 but it’s a short walk to Turnham Green tube which is zone 2. Chiswick and Kew Bridge Rail Stations are a short bus ride away or a 20--25 minute walk.

I'm looking for a tidy, friendly, non-smoking, ideally professional flat-mate to share the whole space (mature students also okay). I am easy-going and want to find someone who is kind, easy to live with but also enjoys a peaceful, relaxed flat.
