Small double room in Chiswick

Looking for a quiet professional to move in to a second small bedroom in my flat.

You will have access to the shared kitchen and bathroom only. All bills included. Please note that the flat is quite close to the railtracks so might be noisy for some, I'm very much used to it so hardly ever notice anything. Trains are not running during the night.

I'm friendly and quiet, looking for someone who's clean and considerate of others. No pets, no parties.
Property is 8 minutes walk from the river and the high street, 7-10 minutes walk to the station (district line and London Overground) with easy access to Central London (up to 45minutes max), Heathrow (20 minutes by taxi) and Gatwick airport ( 50 minutes by train).
