The flat has a spacious, open plan living room. It comes furnished with a dining table and two sofas. The current tenants have a brilliant TV set-up with a huge screen and full Sky subscription.

The kitchen has all the appliances you could want, including a dishwasher. The flat has two bathrooms: one larger with a bath/shower and the other just a toilet. There's also a top of the range washing machine and dryer.

The location is great. Chiswick High Road is just around the corner with tonnes of lovely pubs, restaurants and shops. There's an M&S, Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury's all within a quick walk of the flat. Chiswick is a great place to live - it has everything you could need without being too busy and has a safe feel to it.

Turnham Green tube station is a five minute walk away, with easy links to central London.

You will be sharing with two lovely lads, both in their early twenties and working in London. They love football, trips to the pub, Deliveroo and binging on the latest Netflix series.

It has been a pleasure living here and I am only leaving due to me relocating with work. I have reduced the rent to £595 to secure a quick changeover. Bills are around £80-100 per month.
