Double room in Chiswick for female professional

Hi

I'm leaving my lovely room in beautiful flat with garden, by the river - 2 minutes from Kew Bridge. I'm looking for my replacement. You will be living with two easy going female professionals in their mid and late twenties. The flat is placed on the edge of Chiswick. There's 15 minutes walking to Chiswick High Street - independent shops, and cafes and very cool pubs with live music on Fridays and Saturdays. The local pub is lovely too- with the view on the river, very nice food and 2 minutes from the house.
Friends for dinners are more than welcomed. Family and boyfriends can sleep over from time to time too - the sofa in the living room is a sofa-bed, which makes life easier.

The rent is £620 per month plus 74.70 for council tax, water & internet. Gas & electricity is on the top and varies from month to month. Landlady requires a 2 months deposit.
