Excellent location! Close to E3 bus that routes to Greenford Broadway or Chiswick Endesor Road. Chiswick Park and Turnham Green stations 10-15 minute walk.

High road is 10-12 minute walk. On the high road you have Sainsburys, mini Tesco, Waitrose and Marks & Spencer’s. There a lots of restaurants including Five Guys, Hare and Tortoise, Gails bakery and more. Lots of artisan coffee shops and pubs too. The Thames river is only a 20min walk which connects you to the Thames Path which Is always good for a walk or a run. There is also a park 2min walk from the house with tennis and basketball courts.

Flat - Open living room with high ceilings, skylights so open and airy and fully furnished. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, washer/dryer, oven etc which was recently renovated. Shared bathroom equipped with shower/bath and storage. Sofa in living room also folds out into a double bed.

Room has a double bed and lots of storage space including a large built in wardrobe along with 2 other smaller wardrobes. Extra storage space and shelves in living room and bathroom. You are also able to store things under the bed.

The landlord lives abroad but is easily contactable by email and Whatspp.

Rent includes council tax. Additional bills are water, internet, TV license, heating and electric which are split between you and the other tenant. A breakdown of bills per month currently:

Gas and Electric varies depending on usage summer around around 58-71
winter around £100 obviously now with the current price range i cant predict the exact cost
