- Fully furnished room with standard double bed with underbid storage (linen not included), chest of drawers, bedside tables, wardrobe, full length mirror and Smart TV.

- Double room and private non-attached bathroom.

- Single occupancy only.
- Existing female flatmates would prefer a female.

- Cleaner provided for communal areas approximately every two weeks.
