We are looking for a friendly female housemate between 30- 55 to join us, someone who wants a home and not just a room!
This is a lovely sunny room to rent in 3 bed flat with secure intercom entry system, shared garden and swimming pool with bbq area.
The room overlooks the garden and pool. It’s a furnished room including a large wardrobe and some drawers.
We have a nice big bathroom with the most amazing bath. We also have a living room / dining room area to enjoy meals and watch TV. This is a fully finished flat so not suitable if you have a lot of furniture.

We are very close to Chiswick Park and Gunnersbury tubes (district line and London Overground), Chiswick overground station (25 mins to Waterloo) and extensive choice of buses.

There is a huge shared garden with swimming pool and BBQ area which is perfect in the summer.

5 minutes walk to the fabulous Chiswick High Road with great pubs, cafes and restaurants! A 15 minute walk to the great riverside pubs and restaurants.

We are looking for a friendly, laid back female flatmate between 30 - 55 to share with 2 other females, Steph who is a nanny and enjoys photography, crafts, games and bbq’s in our lovely garden, When we are not busy with work we like to relax at home, It’s a quiet and chilled flat, definitely not a party flat. We would like someone who is chilled out, friendly, and clean and tidy.

Rent is £781 a month including bills (apart from TV licence and water which is approx £200 each per year) we also put in £5 each a month to buy household stuff such as cleaning products, loo roll, lightbulbs etc. cleaner twice a month is also included.
Please note that many bills do increase around April time so there may be a slight increase as and when they do.

NON smokers only please and no pets(shame, I’d love a pet).
