Spacious double room in Chiswick/Turnham Green

Our flatmate is sadly moving out to live with her boyfriend and we are looking for someone to take over her room!

The room is a very large double with a big bay window, desk and plenty of storage. The flat has a shared living room/dining room, a kitchen with oven/microwave/dishwasher, and a sunny south-facing balcony with direct access to a large shared garden. You'd be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The flat is lovely and homely, with hardwood floors and double glazing throughout.

The flat is on a quiet residential street, five minutes’ walk from Chiswick High Road, which has a variety of supermarkets, other shops and cafes. The flat is about ten/fifteen minute walk from Chiswick Park and Turnham Green tube stations, Gunnersbury overground and Chiswick national rail station. The river is just a fifteen minute walk away, as well as a number of really nice pubs and green spaces.

The other two flatmates are two professional women in our late twenties. We've lived together for three years and are keen to find someone who is up for the occasional flat brunch or evening of trash TV!

Rent is £750/month, plus council tax and bills. The landlord is open to cats.
