Room available at Chiswick Village

This nice and young flat-share is looking for a friendly female roommate!

All three other roommates are working as professionals (two of them being teachers and the other one being a tour guide) They hope to find a friendly roommates, responsible with office hours. They like sharing meals, chilling and going out together.

All three flatmates are French but speak English fluently. So although a French speaking flatmate would be appreciated, they would also welcome a friendly, non-French speaking person :)

The double room is furnished with a double bed, wall cupboards, and shelves. It is very luminous and quiet.

The flat is situated on the second floor (a lift is available), is very luminous as well. There is a shared living room with a dining area, couches and a TV. There is also a fully functional kitchen, bathroom (with a bathtub), and two toilets (one in the bathroom, the other one separated). It is facing a park, and is situated 10 min away from Chiswick High Road, which is very lively!

The flat is approximatively 10-15 minutes walk from the train station Kew Bridge and 5-10 minutes walk from Gunnersbury Station where it is possible to take the District line.

The rent is £787/month, and charges are the following:

£9.70/month for the water
£10.50 /month for electricity
£15 /month for the wifi
£12.57/week for cleaning lady, imposed by the landlord
£62 Council tax
